Prenatal Education & Support

During our 3 prenatal sessions we will review all things labor, delivery and postpartum to ensure you feel confident, competent, and supported including:

  • Creating and finalizing a birth plan

  • Reviewing common terminology

  • What to expect ahead of labor

  • Pregnancy and baby developments

  • What advocating for yourself looks and sounds like

  • Partner support and education

  • Comfort techniques for all labor stages

  • Postpartum education and preparation

  • Newborn care

  • …and so much more!
